Last updated: 15 September 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the website stintline.com (the "Site"). They also serve as the legal notice (mentions légales) required by article 6 III of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN) and by article 93-2 of Law No. 82-652 of 29 July 1982.

1.2 Publisher
The Site is published by a natural person acting in a private, non-professional capacity, resident in France.
In accordance with article 6 III 2° of the LCEN, a natural person publishing a website on a non-professional basis may withhold their identity from the public, provided that this identity has been communicated to the hosting providers named below. That is the case here.
The publisher's full name and postal address are held by those hosting providers and are disclosed without delay to any competent judicial or administrative authority on request. Any person with a legitimate interest, in particular for the purpose of legal proceedings, may obtain them by writing to hello@stintline.com.
This section will be replaced by full public identification if the Site ceases to be operated on a non-professional basis, in particular if advertising, affiliate links, paid features, subscriptions or donations are introduced.

2. The service
The Site allows visitors to submit questions and publishes answers generated from data held by the Site. Use of the Site is free of charge. No account is required and none is offered.
The publisher may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, including the removal of pages that have already been published.
3. Accuracy and absence of warranty
Answers published on the Site are generated automatically. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including in ways that are not obvious from reading them. Mistakes are an expected property of the system, not an exception to it.
The Site is provided as is. No warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, currency, availability or fitness for any particular purpose. Nothing on the Site is advice, and it must not be relied on for any decision that matters, including any betting, financial, editorial or professional decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or misleading answer, or from any use made of an answer by you or by a third party. If you intend to rely on a figure, verify it against a primary source first.
Figures reflect the state of the underlying data at the time the answer was produced. They are not updated retroactively unless the page says otherwise.
4. Questions submitted by visitors
4.1 What happens to a submitted question
A question you submit may be published on the Site, publicly and in your exact wording, together with the answer generated from it. Published questions are stored indefinitely and are kept without any information that would allow them to be linked back to their author. Publication may be indexed by search engines and reproduced by third-party services, including AI assistants.
Do not include in a question any personal data about yourself or about anyone else, any confidential information, or anything you would not want to appear publicly and permanently.
4.2 Licence granted
By submitting a question you grant the publisher a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, publish, display, adapt and archive it on the Site and in any technical medium used to operate the Site, for as long as the Site is published. You warrant that you hold the rights necessary to grant that licence.
4.3 What you must not submit
- Anything naming or targeting an identifiable person in a defamatory, insulting or degrading way.
- Personal data relating to a third party.
- Anything unlawful under French law, in particular the law of 29 July 1881 on the freedom of the press.
- Anything infringing intellectual property or image rights.
- Anything designed to make the Site produce or publish unlawful content.
- Anything submitted by automated means, in bulk, or in a way that degrades the service.
4.4 Moderation
The publisher reviews questions before publication and may refuse to publish, edit or remove any submission or generated answer, at any time, without notice and without having to give reasons. The publisher decides what is published and acts as publisher (éditeur) of that content, including the part of it drawn from your wording.
5. Automated use, bot prevention and scraping
Submitting questions is reserved for human visitors. Automated submission of questions, by script, bot, agent, headless browser or any other means, is prohibited. So is any attempt to generate answers in bulk, to circumvent rate limits, or to use the Site as a backend for another service.
The Site uses automated protection measures to detect and block non-human submissions. Interfering with those measures, or attempting to defeat them, is prohibited.
Reading and collecting questions and answers that are already published is permitted within reasonable limits, provided the source is identified and the load placed on the Site stays modest. Access may be throttled or blocked, without notice, if it causes capacity problems or degrades the service for other visitors. Systematic extraction or reuse of a substantial part of the content or of the underlying database remains prohibited under articles L. 342-1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Reporting illegal or inaccurate content
Any person may report content on the Site considered illegal, in accordance with article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), by writing to hello@stintline.com with:
- a reasoned explanation of why the content is considered illegal;
- the exact URL of the content;
- the name and email address of the person reporting, except where the report concerns an offence covered by articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU;
- a statement that the report is made in good faith and that the information in it is accurate and complete.
Reports are acknowledged and handled without undue delay, and the reporting party is informed of the decision taken. Factual corrections, which are a different thing, may be sent to the same address and are handled without formality.
7. Intellectual property
The structure of the Site, its text, its design, its source code and the presentation of its results are protected by copyright and remain the property of the publisher, except for third-party material identified as such.
You may quote short extracts and link to any page of the Site, provided the source is identified and the link points to the page rather than reproducing it. Reproduction of all or part of the Site on any medium without prior written permission is prohibited and may constitute an infringement under articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
8. Third-party names and no affiliation
This website is not affiliated with Formula One World Championship Limited, Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), or any of their partners. Data is provided for informational purposes only.
Names of drivers, constructors, teams, engine manufacturers and tyre manufacturers are used for identification and information purposes only. All trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site implies no endorsement, sponsorship or connection of any kind.
9. Personal data and cookies
The publisher is the data controller for personal data processed through the Site.
Rate limiting. Technical connection data, including the IP address, is processed to apply rate limits and to protect the Site against abuse. It is deleted after six hours. It is not used for any other purpose and is not combined with any other data.
Questions. Submitted questions are stored indefinitely, with no identifier, account, IP address or other element allowing them to be linked to their author. Once stored they are no longer personal data relating to the person who submitted them, and cannot be retrieved or deleted on that person's request, because there is no way to identify which question is theirs.
Third-party services. The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic, and New Relic for technical monitoring of the service. Neither is used to profile visitors or for advertising. Both necessarily receive technical connection data, including the IP address, in order to function. Cloudflare Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and New Relic by New Relic, Inc., both established in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the applicable standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis. The publisher's legitimate interest in operating a working, available and secure site, and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies. The Site sets no cookie for audience measurement, profiling or advertising. Only strictly necessary technical storage, including that used by the bot protection described above, may be placed on your device. Under article 82 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, such storage is exempt from consent.
Your rights. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over data concerning you, under the GDPR and Law No. 78-17. Requests go to hello@stintline.com. These rights can only be exercised over data that can still be linked to you, which in practice means data held for rate limiting during its six-hour lifetime. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.
10. Availability
The Site is accessible at all times except during maintenance, interruptions caused by the hosting providers or the network, and events beyond the publisher's control. No availability level is guaranteed and no compensation is due for any interruption.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site, from reliance on an answer published on it, from the unavailability of the Site, or from the content of any third-party site linked from it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law, in particular towards consumers.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you access the Site. The date at the top indicates the last change.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
